Account deletion
Delete your RIYO EXCHANGE account
This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your RIYO EXCHANGE account and associated personal data. It is provided to meet Google Play and App Store requirements for apps that offer account creation.
Deletion is irreversible. After completion you will lose access to balances, history, and
account features linked to that phone number.
What gets deleted
- Account profile (phone number, display name, public user ID)
- Authentication credentials associated with the account
- Face-verification / KYC images stored for your account (where applicable)
- Payment proof images linked to your account (where applicable)
- In-app profile settings and supportable personal identifiers
What may be retained (limited & lawful)
- Transaction and financial records required for fraud prevention, audits, disputes, tax, or legal compliance
- Anonymized / aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
- Records needed to prevent abuse (e.g. blocking re-registration after serious fraud)
Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and are protected under our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion without needing to keep the app installed.
- Send a deletion request by email to support@riyo.so.
- Include verification details: registered phone number (E.164, e.g. +25261xxxxxxx), public user ID if you have it, and the message: “Please delete my RIYO EXCHANGE account.”
- We verify ownership of the phone number, then process the request.
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request, unless a longer period is required by law or an open dispute.
